Short and Sweet.....

This has got to be one of my all time favourite Stampin Up sets. It was a Level 2 Hostess set from the 2009/10 catalogue called Whimsical Wings.

I coloured direct to the stamp with several of the soft subtles markers. The markers really come into their own for this type of project, they are fab for putting different colours onto the same stamp. If you haven't yet used these, colour the stamp, then reactivate the inks by breathing on them ... just not too heavy! A little scallop trim, ribbon (yeay!) and a foil sentiment complete the card.
